A valley walk through the length of Grt. Langdale creates lots of photographic oportunities, with the scenery changing at every step......

A view from this walk, of the walled track, heading for the Dungeon Gill Hotel, with the Langdale Pikes prominent............

Many thanks for the great response to 'Me ala Warhol'......some lovely comments from you all !!

At least this type of self portrait hides a lot of my features !!, I'm no George Clooney look-alike !!....though I think my wife wouldn't
mind if I was !!!Grin.....wish I'd got his cash though !!SadGrin

Cracking lead in 'lane' to the dramatic hills and sky, it works really well in the portrait format and looks stunning Smile

A great lead in to those mountains, almost beckoning in the distance (they always do to me!)! Very rich light quality, gradually receding into the distance.

Somehow missed making a comment when I voted for this. I love the composition, the way the path, with different textures and detail, leads you into this most attractaive composition. Ann.
