Got her too! 
First time at FOI, and really enjoyed my day! One thing about this model, I really had to spend some time as her spots were showing through her foundation, also she had many cuts on her hand, and bitten fingernails! Luckily your shot here doesn't really show most of these, besides her facial spots.
To be constructive, I would copy BG layer, and then on the original, add a gausian blur, and then at a low flow, erase the top layer, revealing the bottom "blurred" layer. This will help ease those out, or even use the spot healing tool.
