I would leave the iso at 100 but add a neutal density filter maybe a 3 stop for what you would be looking for here and this will be lots better and cut out any noise and give the effect you want!!. and then a neutral density grad to hold back the highlights in the sky but you would need to meter for this senario so you dont over grad your frame, hope that helps andy!!

Great shot, but maybe just slightly overexposed, you seem to be loosing slight detail to the wings try using exposure compensation to slighly darken and you will be dead on, anyhow well done, thanks for putting up, andy
