Evening all!
I've not been posting much lately. Life getting in the way and all that
I took this recently and although it may be somewhat boring I like it because it records a favourite phenomenon of mine on my visits to the coast. When the waves are rolling in quickly on a flat open beach the receding wave sometimes meets incoming waves so that momentarily the force of the water raises long ridges along the beach. Seconds after this shot all was, again, flat and gleaming. I wanted the wave ridges to lead to the aptly named Trwyn y wrach /wits - (The Witch's Nose)
Thanks for looking and have a good evening.

Boring........... Are you mad........... its a superb image and a keen eye to capture the phenomenon you mention. Your POV couldn’t be better for me and the sky is the icing on the cake. If this is boring let’s see some of your better images! Get it printed as big as you can and hang it on the wall![]()

Almost looks like ropes of water receding into the scene. Well worth another award!
The phenomenon is beautifully captured and the composition is both powerful and quite quiet at the same time.
