Morning,
3 Avocets today, the middle one is just about to see off the one on the right whilst the one on the left says "leave it Darren, he's not worth it".
Actually the Avocet is a distinctively-patterned black and white wader with a long up-curved beak. It is the emblem of the RSPB and symbolises the bird protection movement in the UK more than any other species. Its return in the 1940s and subsequent increase in numbers represents one of the most successful conservation and protection projects.

Good image here Andy, I'd remove that bit of a distraction in the top right if it were mine, otherwise it would be perfect IMHO.
I was hoping to take the wife away to see these last week, something that has been put on hold for a little while now, no matter we can wait
