Shot from my Liverpool Cathedral HDR workshop a week or so ago
It's a great place and camera friendly, and if you do go, don't forget to look up ![]()

Wow this is impressive - it must look phenomenal on a big print.
I almost feel myself leaning back just looking on the laptop.
cheers everyone - and ta for the UA
it's HUGE in there, you should have a look if you get to liverpool
Disorientating, the eye wanders without settling, no clear progression between planes. All taut and contained in a square frame. All the things that I love, or at least some of them. I'll come back in a bit for a second look.

must admit i am partial to a bit if hdr mono, looks brilliant, well done ![]()

Very powerful image Ade, the strength of the pillar leads the eye up into the vaulted ceiling which catches the whispers from below and echoes them around up there.

An instant fave, but you already know my thoughts on this inspirtional work
I sense that I'm somehow with Moira Ade, the juxtaposition of the curves and hard angles along with the mono make for a visually challenging and intriguing image.

Fine shot Ade. Thanks for all the help when we were there. Remember we noticed the uneven lighting under the dome when looking from the bridge? I solved it and corrected the verticals. The shot is here and I think it works well. It's the tutor that makes it ![]()
