Excellent composition, Angela, the square format working well: that splash of f/g light shows off the detail in the the grassy tussocks, and contrasts so well with the shadowed collapsing landforms beyond.

Melanie I dearly hope it's still there......we cant loose very Scottish tree!!! I only heard tonight that the rumour about the dead tree on Rannoch Moor going was true I never did quite 'bag it'

One of the best shots from that viewpoint I have seen and I have a photographer friend who lives on Skye and shoots it on a regular basis! You've done well to hide the road as well as I often think it serves as a distraction to the overall view since only one bend is really visible from that viewpoint.
