Many thanks to Neil Young (the fisherman, not the singer!) for rising to the challenge of catching a couple of pretty and not-too-large mackerel for photographic purposes. I'd intended to photograph them and then eat them (cooking them in between, obviously...) but, being a bit disorganised, it took me almost a week to get around to doing anything with them, by which time they were practically walking out of the fridge by themselves ![]()

I have seen type of image composed before.May have been tempted to crop the vignette but that is my choice.Well done.
