Another great image, love the title, it does seem a little that way with the barred window! Superb Ann.

To me this is about that couple - although they wouldn't be as interesting either without that beautiful car! Smile

Great angle, Ann, the car points you straight to the balcony scene (without the balcony Sad) - "See how he leans, his cheek upon his hand" (sorry, gender switch as well!)

Why would you make a car this size as a coupe? One front door probably weighs the same as modern small car. The trunk is so big you could easy get several bodies in it. Memories of old b&w movies, Raymond Chandler and that ilk. We'll never know why the two people need to talk through these ornate bars.

Another good insight into life in Cuba Ann.

I'm trying not to get a vision of Bill in my head. Wink

What a wonderful candid...and a very sneaky way of recording that intimate momentSmile
The car looks like it is a hybrid of several makes and models.

Great pov in this Ann. I like the reflected stones on the side of the car - and the couple are drawn into the image by the cars position.

Very well composed image Ann. Looks like a car shot initially and a good one at that but thats just a lead-in to the couple and where the real story is. Very impressive.

That car is far too pristine, AnnWinkWink......needs a bit more rust and a few dents.
Like your composition here with the couple in the b/g having a natter through the window.
