There's a lot of light bouncing around here Anne and you have done well to control it to convey the real atmosphere of life in the city. It's high contrast but I like the shadow areas at the back with the pots and pans visible in the darkness.
I'm not quite sure about the composition but it is very difficult to think about it much when you are shooting from a moving car. The rickshaw type thing on the right is neither in nor out of the photo and I think the photo would be stronger by concentrating on the central figure and the man watching. I have uploaded a mod for you to see the crop.
