Nice focus, nice composition but it is a bit dull. If is we're mine (I wish) I would tweak it using Levels to brighten it up. I can't do a mod for you to demonstrate what I mean because I am sitting in a free wifi bar in Spain 1500 miles away from my computer!

The lighting was not doing you any favours for this shot of Robin, Annette, and as Lynne says he does look a wee bit dull. But despite that you have captured him (or is it her?) in a nice pose and in fine plumage detail.

Very sharp for hand held.
Wonder what settings you used here.
I'd want to add more light too.

Beautiful shot !!!......lovely clarity !!!

I've done a mod for your consideration, to brighten the shot a bit, & add a bit of 'zing', to lift it, & bring out the feather
detail a wee bit more........involved RAW adjustment, then in Photoshop adjust the Levels & Curves, without touching
the background !......a really fine shot !!
