A friend told me: How can you take pictures of such filth!!! Well it had to be said, there is a sad side to our behaviour. I think Lynne's idea was very good and I like the challenge a lot.

Since I still owe you some wildlife here are some waterbirds, ibis, spoonbill and many more.
Guanacaste of course. Parco Nacional Palo Verde.

Amazing how Spoonbills in different parts of the world vary in colour so much.
Yours are quite 'pink', while in Kenya they are pure white...
...except for when they have been preening in muddy water Blush
A trio of delight here, Annette, love them all - but V1 is a favourite...

As a composition, V1 is my favorite but V2 and V3 are amazing in that they display a thriving eco system.
This is a fascinating collection of wildlife.
