The Starling (sturnidae)
Starlings are birds often ignored but in fact seen closeup they have the most stunning plumage and, in the right light, will positively shine. Managed to get this one just as he alighted on to the branch and was quite impressed with the display of the wings.
Hope you will enjoy looking.
