Bleaklow, the aircraft wreck in particular, has strange feel about it, its not scary but its not something I can explain.
I love it!
Very good compo and conversion!
The light & tones are superb!
I think if you could put a little door at the bottom on the side and some light stretching out across the rock its sat on it would be fun, nice shot anyway good B&W conversion too.
Like the moody mono work in this.
There's indeed a kind of ominous feeling here. Great mood, though, and the mono treatment suits it.
From even looking at the thumbnail and initially opening the larger image...I felt this had a surreal quality...and some thing I could not quite explain...so then reading your comment...spooked me!
An image to keep coming back to...and really suits the conversion.
Very nice (and it was a very pleasant surprise to see that name in my inbox!!)
You have captured a real 'mood' in this image.
Powerful image and a well-suited to subject mono conversion.
Wonderfully dark and moody.
Perfect with mono
A lot of people seem to get spooked on Bleaklow. Shelf Moor in particular has a very isolated feel about it. They don't call it Bleaklow for nothing!
