Brief was to shoot lingerie so that it didn't appear 'tacky'.... so many elements to this shoot that had to be pulled together and was my biggest challenge to date. A marathon 11 hours in the studio and only a handful of pictures to throw in the bin...mostly cos my sync cable fell out ... dont consider that a bad effort... for me ..
Background I've tried blurred but I prefer sharp, feel free to modify though

Like the colours personally - and like the understated feel of it. Know nothing about this sort of photography but it looks pretty classy to me

can I ask what were all these elements to which you refer, that you don't have normally?
I think you have matched the brief well, The device of the covered face is clever and puts more emphasis on the bodice. I feel it definitely doesn't look tacky, but the covered face and modesty held hand dosest give it much sex appeal either considering what it is.
I am finding the lighting a little bland, but I guess that's a function of a product shot.
A couple of very small niggles I would have softened the rather pronounced laughter line by the mouth( especailly as there are no eyes to look at ), and tidied up the skin on the (our)left leg which seems blotchy.

Thats actually a scar Martin, thanks for your thoughts, was interested to see what people think/mods done etc. Actually this was one for me, I think ezp sucks some things out of pictures on upload because it does look a bit bland on here ... not on the original thankfully.
I'm unsure...?
I like it, but kind of feel that the attention towards the lingerie isn't quite strong enough as the material details look a bit dark and lack some impact...?
Perhaps the background pattern dominates slightly too although it does fit well...
Nice touch to have her covering the eyes
I like this - it works very well IMO. And I really like the background in this (wasn't sure in the previous upload!).
