Last night saw the closest approach (as seen on the sky, not in reality) between Comet PanSTARRS and the Andromeda galaxy (M31).
This image is from a stack of 53 images, each of 15s exposure, f/5.6 ISO 1600.
The camera was on an equatorial mount, tracking the sky, using a 200mm lens.
The background gradient comes from light pollution near to the horizon.
