Hi Muhamad,

I'm a little confused as to why you had to zoom to get a smaller aperture? I understand that you may have wanted to get a smaller aperture to get more depth of field but why would you zoom to get this, why not just change the aperture on your camera or does it not have an aperture control.

The thing is, what were you trying to achieve here because I'm not sure what it is I'm supposed to be looking at. I know your title has the word truck in it but I still can't see why it is so dark I can't see the wheels and why is it red?

Anyway, I hope this helps

thank you dave, the aperture setting can only go to f6.4 on this focal length from the max f3.1, to get more dof i need to zoom to change the focal length. it is dark because the source of light from torch light that in front of it, i put red plastic to prevent the light to diffuse and get the red light, i move the torch around the front of the truck. i am practising low key lighting or paint with light.
