at first, i want to focus only to the man and make around blur using the Gaussian blur effect on photoscape. But finally i decided to make it as shoot and only making adjustment on color.

The image is interesting, Muhamad, not only from the health and safety aspect, but also for the angle from which you took it, so that we are looking down on the builder and can see very clearly the area beneath the roof and just how dangerous it is.
You have good detail and exposure, and have included parts of the upper walls so that it is obvious what is going on.
I think you were right not to blur the image because all the detail adds to the understanding of what he is doing.
I find the writing on the left-hand wall distracting, and cropping that side would place your man in the top left third of the frame, so I have done a modification to demonstrate this, resulting in a square crop.
