This fella is becoming a regular. Generally sometime between 12 noon and 2pm, he makes a visit to the sunflower seed feeder - not interested in the niger seed, stays for 2-3 minutes chomping away fast as he can on the seed, then he's off and away until the next day.
Only problem about his visiting times, is that with the sun so high, it's all a bit more shadowy, and this is why I lost some of the detail in the last bullfinch upload. I personall think that this one has much better detail due to the side-on stance.
I used the dig.manip catagory, as I have cloned out the area of feeder that was in the shot, and I have also cleaned up the bg.
Also worth mentioning, this was shot at F8, so might also help with more detail. Other settings: ISO 250, s/speed 1/800.
