Really like how this one turned out -
Simple light set-up -
1 qr strobe at 45/45degrees to subject into white reflect brolly,
1 speedlite strobe set rear and high for hair light,
1 speedlite strobe pointed at and up the bg to creat a vertical gradient.

mee too. That eye is really engaging and her simple natural look works really very well.
I like the lighting and subtle shadows. the earring sites being mostly empty are unusual but still work well with the simple clean look.
I read somewhere that everybody has one eye bigger than the other and you should turn them to equalise this effect, you seem to have done the opposite and it works well, ( If its a liquidfy effect then its done very well - if i go too far the clouds up a bit).
Super compelling shot.
Interesting point you make about the eye Stuart, because I noticed and adjusted another image in the set, where the eyes looked more noticeably different sized, but this one is untouched in terms of enlargement.
I would have retouched the earring sited had I noticed them, but maybe they didn't distract me enough that I should bother with them.
