Portrait
I think this is the best of the shots you have uploaded - nice lighting, model and processing. I find the feather 'thingy' a little distracting and it draws the eye away from her and for me there is too much jewellery which I also find distracting - only my humble opinion and I'm sure that others will love the jewellery and 'thingy'!!! Welcome to the site!!

Nicely lit, great model and make-up - for me the hair over the face/mouth (and to a lesser extent the necklace) is a distraction that detracts from the image overall. Andy

Backward Glance
Nice composition and lighting (natural?) - I would be tempted (if I could do it!) to darken the top right hand corner above her head where the lighter shades of the brick is showing and possible the lighter areas behind her head as it slightly distracts me. That said I would be extremely happy to have taken this shot.
