Took the advice of "mickp" and cloned out the rock in the top right hand corner, must admit a lot happier with the result. This one was in landscape format, the first one was in portrait format.

Glad your happy with the end result, it does in my opinion make it a stronger image.

Just one slight critique unless it's my eye sight there is a slight barrel distortion on the centre of the horizon.

In photoshop grab down the rulers bar from the top and place it on the horizon and you will see the slight distortion. Go to Edit-Transform-Warp and then drag the top handle and align it with the rulers bar. Nit picking I know.
