Spotted in Barcelona. A very happy Silly Sunday to you all. I'm having a particularly happy one so far as I've just won my very first auction on eBay for a wide angle lens. I've never bid before, and I held my nerve until there were just 15 seconds to go and trumped someone who came in at 45 seconds! Very exciting GrinGrin.

That's me usually, but just for once I thought why not? There were two people selling the exact same lens on a"buy now" basis, but if I'd gone for one of them it would have cost me nearly £40 more, so I'm glad I went in the auction Smile

I had a Swedish friend who used to say she could never call a child of hers Phillipa because the English shortening, Pippa, sounds like a rather rude word in Swedish. (Though I've never been able to substantiate this since...)

This is an excellent shot with a lot of "feeling," actually, enjoyed most all images in your great portfolio. You've got an exceptionally clear, uncluttered "vision." BTW, txs for your interesting observation on my "Pennsylvania Dutch" photo. Best, Rob
