You're all right, of course, the centre image gives it away somewhat! This usually stands in my living room, filled with polished pebbles. I tipped them all out to wash them yesterday and the sun was shining through the kitchen window and..... well let's just say the pebble washing got delayed
. The vase ended up being placed on every windowsill in the house to see what refractions it picked up!

That's rather a fine arrangement, Theresa, even before consideration of the subject. Excellent use of light and the distortions produced by refraction. We could do with a bit of that light, having our U3A photography group visiting this afternoon . . .

That textured glass is a natural filter. I recognised the subject because my mother has something similar - now I'm thinking of all the possible uses!
