you have done a good job - your nicely positioned in the frame -obviously you didnt fall arse over trying to get back before the shutter went off - whenever I use the self timer I go into panic mode - LOL

got a little chuckle out of the tags you put on the image"unshaved, stubble"LOL well, it is a nicely done self portrait(handsome fellow, even with the stubble), good lighting in so much that you even have a tiny sheen on the fingernail.nice lighting in the eyes too.well done.
