I've a feeling I'm going to look at this on my work monitor tomorrow and go eek - one minute I like it, the next I'm not so sure.

Anyway, the lamp was removed from a hook on the wall in the barn and carefully transported home to avoid dislodging the accumulated dust and webs etc., the knife was pinched from my dad, the drill and pliers are also dads, borrowed years ago, and the ammo box was bought a few weeks ago.

Why is it children never return tools......My kids have bigger toolboxes than me these days and most of the tools in their boxes look remarkably familiar Wink

Good work here Ali....

The lighting works particularly well Cat. I love the fall off between the front and the back of the wooden box.

Sorry I'm late everyone but thank you all Smile

I don't know where these evenings keep disappearing to - I never seem to get the stuff done that needs to be done - hey ho Smile

I seem to be getting the lighting reasonably decent at the moment - one strobe, one sheet of foamboard with a rectangle cut in it and then a lacy doily thing over the hole. Then another sheet of white foamboard to bounce a bit of light back on the right side.

Next week my attempts will probably be useless!

As for the tools I only pinch the old ones from dad - he's got plenty more and I've got my own set of just about everything I could need - I'm not depriving him of anything Smile
