A very well executed 'first effort'. There is a feeling of sadness as if the bear is in captivity - and yet the beautiful eyes of the girl suggest compassion and maybe hint at freedom remembered (as do the flowers) I'm probably reading it very differently to your own concept - but, I feel, there are many stories that could be found in this image. Well done.
