the bride wanted something a little different, ... think "Oscar del la Renta" she told me...she supplied the goodies (great elements to work with) and I ran with it... may have exaggerated a little though... the wedding is being published in November but curious to hear all your honest brutal responses... for a while now the cool of wedding photography has been retro and black & white... I hope to introduce a little fashion funk... i am a little tired and bored with classic... love color, especially since digital and photoshop have opened a whole new world SmileCRIT ME PLEASE... i wanna know what you think... wedding photography doesn't have to be boring and all look the same Smile

Yes this is different. How did you persuade the bride to lie on the grass? I find it hard to even get a bride to stand on grass sometimes for fear of their heels sinking!
I think the angle of view could be improved as I would still like to see her eyes.

Great shot!

Regards,

David.

thanks dave... actually it's a carpet, ... which I have extended in photoshop....

Hi Joanne, thanks for your comments on Giuseppe and don't bow down too low, I've just visited your portfolio and it's up there with all the others. I see you're down there, only about 200kms from Rome where I hang out. Not many weddings here, only street beggars...
Like this shot of yours...is that real grass?
Take care

Like this very much..so differant from the usual wedding shot, I'v done a mod in PS, lifted the curves on the green floor and added a slight green grad to the right.
Cant upload it though.

Interesting and different shot. Really shows off the design of the dress.
