Ok.. here are the three full bike shots, I also shot some more detail shots but wasn't overly pleased with them. I have included some shots of the setup.

We had the team.. art director, editor, stylist and moi, on site form about 9am, the other images show the setup, I used a combination of softboxes, hard lights, reflectors and flags.. (the image is from my iphone so bear with me!) two 2400 quadx packs to give us the juice.

We had the format and images we wanted on a scamp board so we new exactly what we wanted to achieve. planning always helps!..
They were shot using an H1 with a P45+... all tethered, I used a 150mm and a 100mm for the shots.

It took us until 8pm so about 11 hours.. a lot of which was spent roping up the bikes, cleaning them, moving lights subtly.. discussing ( arguing Smile ) over results and fine tuning until we were happy...

A typical day of planned organised mayhem!

Thanks for showing the sketch and studio set up. That's a real insight Smile

One of the most informative sequences I've ever seen on here. Belter.

Great series of shots, and I like seeing the studio set up to see what went into making them. Colnago and Pinarello make the most beautiful road bikes in the world - and you've proved it!
