This is special. B&W flowers have that cool, detached, aloof Garbo quality, this is a classic. Dense rich blacks, subtle whites. Best flower upload I've seen in a while.

thanks Moira...i always get very disheartened when i post flower shots, as they rarely do well..i think maybe i shouldnt bother, but then again i like to have a go at most kinds of photography so you have to keep trying to improve eh..

I like this Phil,looks good in B&W & would make a really nice canvas print.
A great little bunch,lovely softness to this with good tones & strength where it needs to be.
