I enjoy this. You probably wanted to have the space above it, if so, ignore the next bit! If it were mine, I'd have gone in much tighter to make the most of that glorious reflection. By concentrating on the bottom left hand quarter you'd have more detail in the reflection and it would have more impact. For me, the rest of the building doesn't have so much interest. Just my opinion though and you did ask!
I really enjoy the tobacco tones here and the misty recession of the hills. Just debating with myself whether I'd have cropped the very bottom line of trees ...... not sure, guess it's down to personal taste! I'm not worried by the lines, maybe the smoke could be whitened just a tiny bit. But I really enjoy your image.
Wonderful characters captured here! Personally I prefer the colour shot as the fringe has that dynamic fun atmosphere which I feel needs the colour. Having said that the grittier treatment of the mono has a feeling of a newspaper image which is quite satisfying.
This is a really interesting looking scupture. Thanks for showing the whole thing. I really enjoy the strong diagonal and those great shades of blue. You captured the metal well in this too. You've composed the image so that both top tails are cut off and I think this balances the shot. It would look a bit odd if it was just one! Well done, nice capture.
I really like this underwater shot, it's great seeing the penguin in his natural environment. I see you have a bit of a reflection, you can avoid it by gently putting your lens flat against the glass. Don't hold it too hard against the glass as when you zoom or focus the lens it will move and you don't want to damage it!! Have a try sometime, see if it helps. Lovely capture here though, well done!
I like the positioning and attitudes of the hands and feet and it's a good idea, but I get lost at the bodies!
