Like both Fred, two good macros, do you use Photoshop? if so there is good noise removing tools there, I get noise from 500 ASA so had to get good noise removing software, after trying a few free trial I found Imagenomic Noiseware, the best for me, 9 times out of 10 it does a great job on the auto mode so clicking just two buttons, download a free trial and try it.
