It's that day again! Will we have another one like it this year? This old routemaster now serves fish and chips, quite an unseemly end for such a great icon of London. It wasn't serving fish and chips this day, it was just providing photographers with an extra to put in their images!

It certainly does brighten things up - I was in England as long ago as 1972 and had the joy of being jostled around on the top section of one of these.

Serious climate change (check the date taken
). I haven't seen this chippie, makes an excellent subject with the red in the snow, and an almost surreal scene. A well taken opportunity, Maggie.
