V1 clear winner for me. A small niggle, I personally would crop the neck part out as it does not add any interest in the image. What would be left is dark portions around shoulders that would block eyes going out and beyond the image and would return and rotate around sweet points which you are trying to project so beautifully. This my personal preference, you can disagree

Certainly there is interesting texture in the bitter gourd, but in my opinion the image lacks arrangement and composition. Use of too many elements spreding around does not help my eye to settle any where. Just as a suggestion try using one predominent element on the diagnol, bitter gourd, plus 2 -3 chilly, lemon ( perhaps half lemon ) etc of different shape and size. and create interesting composition using colour balance. This is my personal opinion and hope it helps you.
