This is a good image Ian, lovely texture in the petals and pin sharp focusing.

I would like to see all the petals in the left hand side and try a more square crop to emphasise the highly detailed centre.

Hope you don't mind the crit, it is meant to be constructive, the image still works well as it is though.

Good effort, keep it up,

I love the detail, and the colour of the flower!
