the tulip is great ... but I think for me the black frame a trifle heavy
I takes my eye from the subject
For a V2 why not try the frame as the same colour as the stem ... or the leaves
then the flower would be more dominant

I dont know how you did this ,,, but am mightly impressed here
As I am a right handed person reading from left to right I think I would like to see the larger of the 3 placed on the left
I think it would be more pleasing to my eye
so blue. green then red

I think I would have got rid of that black block in the fence at the back ... it tends to attract my eye away from that beautiful car.

I would like to see it cropped on the leftside so that the larger clump of grass is more in the corner
Tho perhaps that wouldnt work cos you would loose the finer fronds from it ...

I'd go for a murky green with the frame the grey seems a bit too severe in this case

Why dont you try it with a different background
Perhaps white
Then it wouldnt be so dark at the front
You can change it in edit!

I think this is a great pose
I feel you are better looking than this shows so I wonder if a slight adjustment of the face would be in order
A slight tilt either way and you would get rid of that long nose and the sticky out ear
O.K I know this is a girly thing and men dont even see that sort of thing ...
But I hope you will also comment on my pictures with how you really see it....I respect your judgement
