Fastre shutter speed giving harder lines to the streams of water. This reminds me of Fortuny silk , twisted into tiny crinkly pleats.

I am sorry, but to me this is poorly composed, severely under exposed, and there is a significant colour cast to the water.
A beautiful capture Barbara, the water looks like molten glass sliding over the weir.
