I think the children living in our street are all wanting to get back to school.
With all the rain in the past month they havent been able to play outside as much as they would like to.

Good morning Barbara SmileSmile
Ironic isn't it that it is now getting a little warmer and no rain is forecast for many areas today.
A lovely dreamy feel to this one, and although I love the colour [and it fits with the title] I feel the mono keeps that feeling better SmileSmile

A very gentle image. I can imagine that colour would be much less harmonious and include awkward distractions - this is a lovely conversion.

The kiddies go back tomorrow and some will be pleased to go but some not so, that's life. works well in B/W Barbara goes with the title better in my eyes.

I'm leaning towards the mono as I like the more dreamy feel to it.

An extremely beautiful, charming and wonderfully captured photograph, which I believe suits the monochrome makeover so very well. Certainly an image to cherish.

With the texture is the rope the mono works well,
but I kinda like the youthfulness of colour.
Our children have been back at school for three weeks now and we only had one picnic when they were off!
KateGrinGrinGrin

yup have to agree with the majority Barbara the mono works so very well with this image and the vignette adds

I am in the minority here,
so colour for me.
Dunno if staying indoors is such a problem nowadays
with all these computer games they play.
Suppose it could be a problem for their parents though !!
