Many thanks for the wonderful response to yesterday's Ruby Red rose, and particularly to Lillian for her User Award ![]()

We've had the Dining Room painted at school over the holiday - so the working surface was cleared for the decorators.
I liked the reflections from the tap and windows, but the pipe was in the way. So v1 no pipe, v2 with pipe and more detail.
Which works best ?
Thanks for looking
Helen

I am going for V2 today... makes a really interesting image
Though is I hadnt seen it I would also have liked V1
V2 for me also Helen, good details and reflections.
Regards
Trev.
V1 for me - it loses a reflection (behind the tap) but the proportions are much more attractive, particularly the placement of the top of the sink. I just love the way the vertical lines continue down into the reflection.

Great viewpoint and reflections here, Helen...think V1 for me ![]()

I was going to say that I prefer V1, Helen, but in V2 you have a double reflection of the tap, which is interesting. V1 is a nice clean version with stronger lines, though, so I think I'll stick with that one. You have a wonderful flair for making something very special out of something very ordinary!!!
Thanks Pamela
I seem to live a fairly ordinary sort of life - so not surprisingly its the ordinary I come into contact with ...................and get excited about ![]()

I love the reflections here Helen, and for the extra reflection of the tap I am going for V2 today!
Carol
I am going with V1 so all you have to do now is decide which side wins![]()
Thanks for your comments Carol, Ann and Gary ![]()

Is the worktop reflecting the cupboards or are we looking through the surface of the worktop?. Of course our brain knows the answer but our eyes keep asking. A clever and intriguing image Helen.
I prefer the image without the distraction of the reflected window light so its V1 for me.
