Rather too unsharp to improve in software. I suspect your original is rather out of focus - probably due to camera shake rather than focusing. No settings, but you need a fast shutter speed when this close as the effect is the same as a long telephoto.
High magnification in both cases leads to movement blur, and software wont correct that.
