Opposite Motion by chris-p

I missed this one when it was posted Chris. Love the action in the water and clouds all wrapped up in that beautiful warm light, a real stunner!!

Superb capture Ted, getting him amid the wild flowers adds a great deal to the image.

Nothing wrong with breaking the rules Andrew, it very often it leads to an unusual and interesting image. In this instance it hasn't quite worked for me though others may well see it very differently. The cut off right arm catches my attention a little too much. I prefer your earlier post with the model fully in frame. Still a fine image all the same.

Powerful image Chris, and I'm old enough (just) to remember the steam engines running!!

Excellent image Andrew. The balance between flash and ambient is just right and the flash highlights on the models skirt add a pleasing highlight to the overall effect. One minor point of criticism, and it is a minor point, the models left foot seems to be blurred. Im guessing that you added a blur effect in PS which has been pulled into the frame just a fraction too far.

Beauty Chris, those weathered boards make a great lead in and the drama in the sky tops it off.
