another from my little trip to the 'small' meadow type peice of land just on the edge of southport, it was a little windy there.

again reduced on compression...if someone could advise me how I can get round it I would be very grateful...thank you

You can go up to 350k on the odd occasion, but with so much detail even at that this might suffer. Love the colours, this really stands out.

Excellent blend of colours Angie.

If you right click on the large version and select properties, it reports the image to be 267060 bytes (Approx 260k)?

Noise reduction is the best way to improve the compression, although I can't see it helping this one much. The next best thing is to reduce the size of the image and get a ballance between size and detail.

Great pic - the strong colours work really well. Makes a nice change that there's no sky in the picture - would only take away from the shot if you'd tilted the camera up anyway!
