Another capture in the Anchor Bay series; this image depicts a Maltese Luzzu (ie. fishing boat) safely at haven amid the cliffs that engulf the bay.
Shot very late in the afternoon.

Yes, it is the light that makes your pictures so special. I like it how the boat is so very well put in scene by the light and how golden the shine on the cliffs is.

Nice tonal work with all the main colour in the boat. Works very well.

Luis : You might have a point there so please don't visit the psychologist ie. you are not going mad ....
Paul : Can assure you it was late a'noon ie. 7.45pm ... at least that's how its considered here in Malta
Jim : Your comments flattter me but I can assure you that I consider myself to be much much less than that and am fully aware of how much there is yet to learn. In fact, in the coming weeks I shall be joing the Malta Photographic Society wherein there are quite a number of aces .... but I certainly do enjoy my photography at this level.
