V1 for me, the colours are amazing and instantly demand attention. Those lillies in the background offer nice interest beyond this old boat, but the boat is the star here, its lovely.

lovely comp with the boat on the diagonal, the reflections add to the colours of the boat. i like the strong colours of this image, and agree with moira that the lillies fill the area behind the boat well. v1 for me its the colours that make the image.Have done a mod with less blue for a play2.lesley
