An interesting photograph but not my cup of tea. By the way it is Eilean Donan Castle at the Loch Alsh end of Loch Duich.

A very different view to the usual of Eilean Donan Castle, but one which is refreshingly different! Captured in that soft low light, it is very atmospheric and evocative of images from times gone by. I do like this shot immensely!

Judging by where the light is falling I would guess this is morning but not early morning unless this was the middle of winter. Are those leaves on the trees?

Like the composition and very nice golden "twilight" lighting on the foreground works well, but think the castle could do with a being a bit brighter as it is a little lost against the hill in the background.

Instantly recognisable as one of the most photographed images in the whole of the country - but this is so very different. I think your treatment of this subject is both imaginative and successful.

What a stunning image, superb lighting both in the sky & foreground...I love the 'heaviness' which creates a wonderful aura to the scene, & the 'painterly' quality is amazing....1st class piece of work....it's on my fave. list !!!!
