Nice image, all I have done is sharpen it a little and crop some of the bottom. Well done.

The background is nicely blurred, but you have that control better with a 5D, being full frame. You used too wide an aperture. The bloom needs to be sharper and I would say f5.6 or even 8 would help without the background becoming too sharp. Ideally you need to use a tripod for these shots and shoot a series at various settings, picking the best later.
