I know absolutely nothing about taking portraits but for what it's worth.........
Great model, pose and lighting. But I find her hands (particularly the left one) and her leg very distracting , pulling my attention away from the rest of the shot.
Could you not clone out her leg and perhaps crop just below her left fingertips to remove some of her right hand which seems to be slightly too near the camera.
Non of the other voters were duly concerned so perhaps it's just me .

Don't consider myself good enough to criticise other people's work.

But for myself I would have liked to have included the tern's other wing tip and would have cropped the sand bar off the bottom or cropped closer and made it the bottom of the frame as it presently tends to give a double frame effect.

Having said that I usually miss the obvious/glaring mistakes in my own work.
