Unlucky by Pete

Nice photo Pete. Shame some people seem to think parking illegally has something to do with the government and taxes. I'm sure there was somewhere within 50 feet that this "lucky" person could have parked legally.

Think it must be your monitor - looks fine to me.

Absolutely love the light and colour and composition. If I was good enough to get this shot, I would have removed the fence. Wink

Very nicely done. I shot some from the roof of my hotel and most got blown highlights. I think you got the exposure just right.

Reminds me of the night before I got married. I was staying in the Malvern Hills Hotel and the hills were on fire..... we drank the pub dry while the helicopters came to refill their water carriers from the lake at British Camp.

This is scary. Particularly since I had thought these two were the most "normal" guys there. I guess that now they have been papped, they are officially fully initiated.

The Abbey

Really great shot Jeanie - I thought you were just lying down eating the buttercups Smile

All you needed to get it perfect is a tilt and shift lens Wink

Nice work.
No 1 is the look I was after, but I like no 4 the best Smile

Vintage Red or how not to do it

Vintage Red or how not to do it by redstag

I can see where I went wrong now.

I used Shiraz. LOL

That's quite a surreal effect you have there. Not at all what I was looking for, but something I might try and do anyway, since my own wasn't what I was looking for either Smile

Malmesbury Abbey

Surprised this hasn't got more clicks. You're obviously not promiscuous enough Smile

I think it's worked very well, looks like you got it at just the right time of day.
