I think that the bed is part of the story but the headboard does have enough detail to draw the eyes. Maybe a shallower dof and keep the light off of it would diminish it and, alas, there's always photoshop. Nice pose and good eye contact. I would try some with the head turned slightly to give a more alluring look with some shadows working for depth.
I think this is the nicest of you "D" series. Just a personal trait but I always try to remove all jewelry from my models for distraction purposes.
You have made a good start. Try using a little grain on your shots. I find it helps smooth out any uncomplimentary lines on models and backgrounds.
