Tony,Welcome to ePz and congratulations on your first upload, not a bad effort, though if you want feedback it may be beneficial in future to provide more information to the viewer in order for them to give your image a more constructive critique.
I assume from the focus of the image that you're wanting us to concentrate on the young lady and the trail of water from her hair? If that's the case then you need to provide more separation from the background, it's way too sharp! (and that wonky horizon doesn't help either)
Try using a smaller apperture, and possibly a longer lens too, to throw the background out of focus whilst still keeping the model in sharp focus. You may need to move back with a longer lens to get the same framing.
The lighting is good but could probably benefit from a touch of fill-in to the dark shadows on the left, either with flash or a reflector.
Maybe a tighter crop too, just her upper torso and the arc of water?
